１－１　何为《历史文字资料库统合检索系统》

　　历史文字资料库统合检索系统是基于将国内外机构的资料库共享，使来自各个独立的研究机构或研究者的东亚及世界中的木简·文字资料相关研究，尤其是历史文字相关研究资源可以得到广泛传播的综合门户网站。
　　本门户网站是以奈良文化财研究所为中心，将由处于国内外多个机构收藏且管理中，横跨数千年，数量高达200万件以上的高精度历史文字图像全体统合，并使之可以共通查询。（2020年3月）

１－２　本统合检索门户网站的特征

①　尊重各机构独立性的对等合作检索
本平台以构筑平等开放的框架为基础，在尊重各参与机构固有的课题、方向性及资料库的同时，实现共同检索。

②　符合国际化标准的框架构建
　　　近年来，根据国际标准IIIF（International Image Interoperability Framework）为规范对文字图像进行定制，构建了使国内外机构可共同参与的国际化框架。

③　包含开放数据化在内的便利性的提高
　　　为了促进用户的积极使用，本资料库将联合检索的图像等以开放数据形式公开授权。同时，联合检索结果将链接到各机关的资料库，使用户可以得到更加详细的信息。出于尊重各机构自身的独立性，各机关的资料库的知识产权遵守各机关的方针。
对于已表明参与本统合检索平台的机构（奈良文化財研究所・東京大学史料編纂所・国文学研究資料館・国立国語研究所・京都大学人文科学研究所・中央研究院歴史語言研究所／数位文化中心）之外的机构，也广泛呼吁进一步的合作。

本项目提出了东亚汉字文化圈历史文字信息化的标准规范，积极引领各机构研究资源开放数据化的国际潮流。同时，为了推进国内外机构的进一步参与，就合作理念及对数据的主张制定了公开协议。

本项目为促进新资料库・数据组的参与并更进一步提高其相互运用，特此公开“历史文字资料库统合检索系统”的系统详细设计书及针对奈文研数据的文字信息检索API。
台湾中央研究院历史语言研究所・数位文化中心已运用此公开信息开设了独自的网站（https://wcd-ihp.ascdc.sinica.edu.tw/union/search.php）。
此外，各机构数据库也以相同的规格构筑API。关于这些信息，也以早期公开为目标。
